Holding Assailants Accountable For Their Crimes
A victim of sexual violence – like those of sexual assault, sexual abuse and rape – has a long road to recovery. An assault of this nature is not a physical wound, like a broken bone, but rather a wound to one’s soul. I founded Kircher Law, LLC, in Cincinnati to help victims across Ohio as they work through their healing processes. I am attorney Konrad Kircher, and I help clients pursue civil lawsuits for abuses of power involving sex abuse. I want to hold assailants accountable for their actions.

Healing From An Abuse Of Power
My goal with every client is to be an important part of a survivor’s healing team. When a person uses their position of authority to harm a victim – especially a child – I want to help hold that assailant accountable. The law provides criminal penalties for such behavior, but I utilize the negligence laws provided for by the state of Ohio to seek financial compensation to assist in a survivor’s recovery.
I help clients recover financial compensation for the following abuses of power:
- Sexual assault in the workplace, by a doctor or due to intoxication
- Child sexual abuse in religious institutions, schools or within the victim’s family
I am also a fierce advocate for and protector of the rights of victims in Ohio, championing the Victims’ Bill of Rights, also known as Marsy’s Law. I have handled hundreds of cases on behalf of victims, taking several of them all the way to The Supreme Court of Ohio.
Let My Experience Go To Work For YouAs a former infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, I understand hand-to-hand combat tactics. I am not afraid to look those in positions of authority – like law enforcement officers or tough criminal defense lawyers – in the eye and call them out on their behavior to level the playing field on behalf of my clients. I have been practicing law for more than 30 years and have been fighting on behalf of victims of sexual abuse and abuse of power for over 20 of them. After those years of service to my clients, I have developed a deep understanding of what a client is going through and a passion for helping them through the healing process. |
